Since 2014, Jewels has built her business on something that can’t be trained or templated: heart. Her approach is deeply human, entirely personalized, and built on a foundation of care, clarity, and radical integrity.

She began her journey with DLC Canadian Mortgage Experts, the #1 Dominion Lending franchise in the country, where she quickly rose to the top. In 2020, she earned the DLC Master Award, placing her in the top 2% of agents nationwide, and received the CME Titan Award as one of the top 10 brokers in the company. But when she realized she had outgrown the systems around her, she made a bold move to restructure her business to better serve her growing client base and herself.
That decision paid off. Today, Jewels is proud to be part of the Verico network, where she was most recently awarded the Chairperson's Club award, Verico’s highest honour, and has placed in the top 1% of mortgage professionals in Canada during this time.
She’s also a five-time Best of Kelowna winner, named one of Kelowna’s top mortgage brokers five years in a row. But for Jewels, the real measure of success is the trust her clients place in her, and the way they continue to return, year after year, home after home.

Becky is the heart of our client experience. With a deep-rooted passion for helping people, she consistently goes the extra mile to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. She’s been part of the team since 2018 and brings genuine warmth, dedication, and decades of experience to everything she does. Whether it’s guiding clients, answering questions, or making sure every detail is handled with care, Becky’s your go-to.
With a background in retail management and customer service, and now as a licensed sub-mortgage broker, she took her commitment to the next level, allowing her to support both clients and our team with even greater depth.
When she’s not working her magic behind the scenes, you’ll find her spending time with her family, singing, gardening, or out enjoying nature.
Shannon Bloxam
Director of Lender Relations
With over 20 years in the mortgage industry and a background rooted in lending, Shannon brings unmatched expertise and insight to our team. Based in Vancouver, she began her career on the lender side with First National Financial and quickly climbed the ranks, from funder to document specialist to underwriter at TD Broker Services.
It was there that she first crossed paths with Jewels and by 2018, she officially joined the team as Jewels' dedicated underwriter. Since then, Shannon has become a cornerstone of the process, guiding files through approvals and funding with precision, care, and a deep network of lender and lawyer relationships.
Shannon ensures every application is thoughtfully prepared and every deal runs smoothly, right from pre-approval to closing day.
Outside the mortgage world, she stays busy with her husband and two daughters and loves making time for family and staying active.
Tasha Lemyre
Executive Assistant
Tasha helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes at Jewels Ferris Mortgages. As Executive Assistant, she supports the administrative side of the client journey, making sure every detail is organized and every client interaction is handled with care. Known for her reliability and calm professionalism, Tasha brings warmth, efficiency, and genuine support to both clients and the team.
Before joining the team, Tasha worked as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a busy Corporate Services department, where she supported lawyers and paralegals and served as the first point of contact for client interactions. This experience strengthened her attention to detail, organization, and ability to support clients with professionalism and care.
Outside of work, Tasha enjoys spending time with her family, often cheering on her daughters at their sporting events or heading out on family adventures together.
