Since 2014, Jewels has built her business on something that can’t be trained or templated: heart. Her approach is deeply human, entirely personalized, and built on a foundation of care, clarity, and radical integrity.

She began her journey with DLC Canadian Mortgage Experts, the #1 Dominion Lending franchise in the country, where she quickly rose to the top. In 2020, she earned the DLC Master Award, placing her in the top 2% of agents nationwide, and received the CME Titan Award as one of the top 10 brokers in the company. But when she realized she had outgrown the systems around her, she made a bold move to restructure her business to better serve her growing client base—and herself.
That decision paid off. Today, Jewels is proud to be part of the Verico network, where she was most recently awarded the Chairperson's Club award—Verico’s highest honour, and has placed in the top 1% of mortgage professionals in Canada during this time.
She’s also a five-time Best of Kelowna winner, named one of Kelowna’s top mortgage brokers five years in a row. But for Jewels, the real measure of success is the trust her clients place in her, and the way they continue to return—year after year, home after home.

Becky Sinclair
Director of Client Relations
Becky has a passion for helping people, and goes above and beyond to make sure all of Jewels' clients always feel supported and well cared for. She has enjoyed living in the Okanagan since 2011, after moving from Northern, BC with her three children and granddaughter. Becky built her career in the retail management and customer service industry, and entered into the mortgage industry becoming part of Jewels’ team in 2018. And just recently obtained her sub-mortgage broker's license, helping her to offer even more support to our clients and team alike.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, singing, gardening, and being in nature.
Shannon Bloxam
Director of Lender Relations
Shannon is a licensed industry expert with over 15 years of experience out of Vancouver, BC. Shannon had started on the lender’s side at First National Financial as a funder working with lawyers. Once licensed, she was promptly promoted to a document specialist and from there was recruited to an Underwriting position with Toronto Dominion Bank (TD) broker services. During Shannon’s time with TD, this is where she had connected with Jewels Ferris as her underwriter.
In October of 2018 Jewels had witnessed Shannon’s talents and expertise, eventually bringing her on as Jewels' personal underwriter for her clients. During her time with Jewels, Shannon has shown exceptional attention to the core foundations of the business, putting together applications, assisting the pre-approval and approval stages, while working alongside her strong network of lenders and lawyers to ensure a smooth approval and funding process for all our files.
Outside of work Shannon enjoys family time and staying active with her husband and two daughters.
